The Fault In Our Stars by John Green

Rating: 4.5 out of 5

Hazel has terminal cancer, and has no confidence that she’ll survive. This all changes when she meets Augustus Waters, the boy who will change her life. For better, or for worse.

My Reaction:

asdfghjkjl;. I LOVED LOVED LOVED this book! But Mr John Green, YOU ARE A HEARTLESS (Cuss word) AND WHY WOULD YOU EVER WRITE THAT? Now, the very ending was incredibly sad, but do not let this turn you off of the book! It is extremly well written, easy to understand and has an amazing plot. Read it, read it, read it!

The reason I put 4.5 instead of 5 is the language. This book swears. A lot. I was really dissapointed by that, because the author, John Green, is one half of the youtube channel, Vlogbrothers. The Vlogbrothers make a huge point not to swear in their videos. But all the John Green books I’ve read, swear a lot and talk about sex. It’s rather dissapointing, really.

My Recommended Age Group: 12 and up.

When Should you Read it? NOW!!!!

That has actually made me want to read that! It’s really sad that a lot of forms of entertainment can be bad! The only pure things in this world are children and their shows.(And sometimes Hetalia)
